KXCO is a software company. We build and license infrastructure software for licensed financial institutions. Nothing on kxco.ai constitutes financial advice, investment advice, regulated financial services, custody of assets, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Licensed institutions that deploy KXCO software operate under their own regulatory permissions and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law.
All content on kxco.ai — including text, design, source code, trademarks, and the KXCO name and logo — is the property of Knightsbridge Group and KXCO. Open-source packages published under Apache 2.0 or MIT licences are governed by those licences. No other licence is granted.
kxco.ai and all content on it are provided "as is." KXCO makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Market data, research citations, and technical specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KXCO and Knightsbridge Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of kxco.ai or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of kxco.ai constitutes acceptance.
