The Blockchain AI Quantum Infrastructure

Native. Integrated. Not an add-on.

Built from the ground up — not retrofitted. KXCO is the platform where blockchain settlement, AI transaction fabric, and post-quantum cryptography converge at the protocol layer. Licensed institutions deploy KXCO rails; they own the regulatory relationships.

Knights Armature L1

A quantum-proof permissioned blockchain.

Every transaction on Armature carries a ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signature. Not planned. Not optional. On every block, from genesis.

Built for institutions that cannot afford to wait for the quantum threat to materialise — because by then, archived data is already compromised.

KXCOIdentity — Flagship Enterprise Product

Quantum-resistant digital identity and legally-binding signatures.

A white-label platform for banks, custodians, hedge funds, and law firms. Institution-issued post-quantum credentials, KYC-gated document signing, tamper-evident audit logs, and HSM key management — deployable under your brand, within your regulatory perimeter.

Every signature is ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204). Every audit entry is hash-chained and independently verifiable. No central registry. No vendor lock-in on verification.

Infrastructure capabilities.
One stack.

Infrastructure capabilities built natively on Armature L1 — quantum-resistant signatures on every operation, AI embedded at the protocol layer, blockchain settlement as the foundation. Institutions take what they need from one integrated stack. No vendor stitching.

Three forces.
One infrastructure.

Artificial intelligence, post-quantum cryptography, and programmable finance are converging. The institutions that control the infrastructure layer will control the decade. KXCO is that layer.

Artificial Intelligence
Autonomous Finance
Machine-to-machine commerce requires settlement infrastructure that operates without human latency. KXCO's AI Transaction Fabric enables autonomous agents to transact, settle, and comply — signed and verified at the protocol layer, with no intervention required.
Paraphrased from WEF Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems, The Future of Financial Services, 2024.
Post-Quantum Cryptography
The Migration Mandate
NIST finalised FIPS 203, 204, and 205 in August 2024. NSA has mandated migration of all national security systems by 2035. Every institution running classical ECC or RSA cryptography today is running against a fixed, non-negotiable deadline.
NIST FIPS 203/204/205 published August 2024. NSA CNSS Policy 15 mandates full migration of all classified systems to PQC by 2035.
Programmable Finance
The Unification Layer
Stablecoins, tokenised assets, and on-chain compliance are replacing correspondent banking infrastructure built in the 1970s. KXCO connects legacy settlement systems to programmable finance rails without requiring institutions to rebuild their entire technology stack.
BCG / ADDX, Relevance of On-Chain Asset Tokenization in 'Crypto Winter', 2022. Forecast for 2030 tokenised asset market.

Every layer. Every transaction. Quantum-resistant.

KXCO does not layer quantum resistance on top of an existing system. It is baked into the cryptographic primitives used from day one — key exchange, signatures, derivation, and storage.

All algorithms are NIST-standardised and FIPS-aligned, built on @noble/post-quantum, audited by Cure53 in 2024.

Full security architecture
Open Source · Independently Verifiable

The cryptographic primitives running in KXCO's production stack are open source, npm-published, and independently audited by Cure53. The code you can read is the code we run.

The Quantum Migration Mandate

The clock has been running
since August 2024.

NIST finalised the post-quantum standards. NSA set the deadline. Every institution still running ECC or RSA is running against a fixed, non-negotiable compliance mandate.

2022 NIST selects ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA as final post-quantum cryptography standards.
2024 NIST publishes FIPS 203, 204, and 205. KXCO is production-compliant from day one. The harvest-now-decrypt-later window is open.
2026 NSA mandates PQC for new national security systems. Legacy ECC and RSA forbidden for classified government procurement.
2030 NIST deadline: deprecate RSA-2048 and ECC-256 across US federal infrastructure. Legacy TLS certificates expire.
2035 NSA CNSS Policy 15: all national security systems fully migrated. ECC and RSA prohibited without exception across all classified systems globally.

"Harvest now, decrypt later" attacks are already underway. Adversaries archive encrypted traffic today, waiting for quantum computers to decrypt it tomorrow. KXCO's production public key is published and independently verifiable — the math is the guarantee.

Not a roadmap.
A track record.

Four institutional deployments across four jurisdictions. KXCO infrastructure running live, under regulation, with real end customers.

EU Healthcare · CareCredits
EU Commission — Care Economy
CareCredits programme deployed on KXCO rails. Stablecoin disbursements for care workers across EU member states, structured as a public-sector digital payment pilot under EU Commission oversight.
Custody Software · 6 Custodian Clients
KnightsVault — Custody Infrastructure
KnightsVault is the software layer custodians run on. Six active custodian clients use the platform for digital asset operations — FIPS 140-3 HSM integration, post-quantum signatures on all operations, and MPC key management built into the stack. KXCO provides the software; the licensed custodian operates it.
US Securities · Reg D / Reg S
Tokenised Securities Issuance
Reg D and Reg S compliant tokenised securities issued on Armature L1. US accredited investor compliance is embedded in the issuance protocol. Custody, compliance, and settlement on one chain.
Identity & Credentials
Verifiable Authority
Tamper-proof blockchain-anchored credentials for institutional use. Documents, domain attestations, and legal entity records anchored on-chain with ML-DSA-65 signatures, independently verifiable at verify.kxco.ai.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shayne Heffernan
Shayne Heffernan founded Knightsbridge Group and KXCO to solve a problem no one else was willing to solve: building post-quantum financial infrastructure before the threat materialised. With a background spanning institutional trading, regulatory technology, and applied cryptography, he has taken KXCO from concept to a 13-product platform with live deployments in four jurisdictions, a published production post-quantum public key, and institutional partnerships with Visa, Mastercard, and BlackRock-backed infrastructure providers. We build what we sell.

Institutions licensing the KXCO platform also have access to the team that built it. Engagements cover platform integration, PQC architecture review, settlement infrastructure design, and white-label deployment. Scoped engagements only — not retainer-based.

Available to licensed institutions integrating the platform, and to organisations building independent post-quantum infrastructure for their own compliance programme.
