The tokens can be identified as “SXP Augusta Security Token (SXPAUG). Tokens can be purchased for $1,000 each and the minimum investment is $10,000. The Token pay a fixed annual yield of 18% paid 12% yearly (biannual payments) and the balance of 6% yearly (paid upon reaching stabilization when the building will be sold or refinanced).
